Your experience with Sketch + Sentiment is important to us! We've compiled a list of FAQs to help with any questions that may arise. Of course, don't hesitate to reach out if there is anything else we can answer for you! Just email support@sketchandsentiment.com

Can you daw something custom for me?

  • Absolutely! Please feel free to contact us at sketchandsentiment@gmail.com with a description of what you would like drawn. We'll take it from there!

Do your posters come framed?

  • Our prints do not come framed, but we can recommend Michaels or Ikea for budget friendly frames that will make your prints shine!

If I ship directly to the gift recipient, will the price be shown?

  • No worries! We do not include pricing in any of our packaging. We do, however, include a special card and free gift! :)

I'd love to have Sketch + Sentiment in my boutique! Do you sell wholesale?

  • Absolutely! Feel free to browse our current wholesale offering and make your selection through our Faire shop.

When will my order ship?

  • Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise listed in the product description.
  • Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday.
  • The day of purchase is day "0" with the following business day being day 1. Shipping time is in addition to processing time.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?

  • It can sometimes happen that the postal service will mark a package as delivered, but it is nowhere to be found. In this situation, we advise the following:
  1. Wait 1-3 business days to see if it arrives.
  2. Check with other members of your household and neighbors.
  3. Call your local post office and ask them to check the gps coordinates of the delivery scan. They will be able to tell you if the package was in fact scanned at your residence, or elsewhere.
  • Should you suspect package theft, we will happily replace your order with proof of a police report.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please take pictures of all damage, including the item and shipping packaging, and email it to sketchandsentiment@gmail.com. We will rectify the situation as quickly as possible!

Can I return or exchange my order?

  • At this time, we do not accept returns, but if you have an issue with your order, please do reach out to sketchandsentiment@gmail.com so that we may right the situation!
  • Exchanges will be accepted on a case by case basis. Please email sketchandsentiment@gmail.com with your order number and a description of what you would like to exchange. We will reach out with instructions on how and where to send your item. Once we have received your order in its original condition and packaging, we will ship your new item.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/Military Post Offices?

  • Absolutely! Should you have any issues during checkout, please contact us at support@sketchandsentiment.com and we will help you as quickly as possible.
