Absolutely! Feel free to browse our current wholesale offering and make your selection through our Faire shop.
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise listed in the product description. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday. The day of purchase is day "0" with the following business day being day 1. Shipping time is in addition to processing time.
It can sometimes happen that the postal service will mark a package as delivered, but it is nowhere to be found. In this situation, we advise the following:
Wait 1-3 business days to see if it arrives.
Check with other members of your household and neighbors.
Call your local post office and ask them to check the gps coordinates of the delivery scan. They will be able to tell you if the package was in fact scanned at your residence, or elsewhere.
Should you suspect package theft, we will happily replace your order with proof of a police report.
If your order arrives damaged, please take pictures of all damage, including the item and shipping packaging, and email it to email@example.com. We will rectify the situation as quickly as possible!
Returns and exchanges will be accepted on a case by case basis. If you have an issue with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description so that we may right the situation. All items eligible for a return or exchange will need to be shipped back in their original packaging and condition.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items.
