Returns & Exchanges
At this time we do not accept returns. Exchanges may be requested by contacting us at email@example.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. All items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for return or exchange. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
